There's an actual burn emergency where maybe she panicked and didn't know what to do, so the logical keith-response "go to the hospital" seems like it would be the right response. This isn't the moment to feelings-talk about a burnt hand or vent about it. Deal with the INJURY that is an emergent problem.

A little while back I heard someone say "all unsolicited advise is criticism" and frankly, that is very true. Ever since I heard that I have tried to avoid giving unsolicited advice. And it's pretty hard - it's a very instinctual response.

That said, yeah, Keith is absolutely right in this instance. It sounded like an emergency and Keith's response was entirely correct. This wasn't "unsolicited advice", this was a response to an emergency. To compare it to the usual "guys don't listen, they just want to give advice" situation is ridiculous.
