The story about Hitler inventing the German shelf-toilets is B.S. Those toilets were around before Hitler, according to my sources. The story probably got started by the Germans themselves because they wanted someone other than themselves to blame for coming up with such a dumbass idea in the first place.

It's very convenient to have someone like Hitler to blame things on. For example:

Me: Why do Germans love David Hasselhoff?
German: Hitler was a huge fan of Baywatch and it was the only show that he allowed on TV.

You guys are a lot quicker than I am so I'll just mention it here rather than opening up a new thread. The newest issue of Rolling Stone magazine (cover story is "Worst Congress Ever") has an article about why Dane Cook sucks. They mention just about every point that Keith has noted over the course of the past year or so. To me, this was further reinforcement that Keith knows his shit and it's not just "sour grapes" or any such BS. Not that I ever doubted your judgment on this issue, Keith. I still have never seen any of Dane Cook's standup other than the few clips that have been played on the show. I have no desire to.

*By the way, that sister in law totally wants to fuck that guy. That's why she's complaining that she's not getting enough. It's either that or she thinks of him as "one of the girls."

I think the dog article meant that Cooch shoved the animal control officer away. Way to make it wierd, Chemda.

I'll bet the tickets by the sanitation officer is more about an organized crime shakedown of the store owners in that area. IE "Gimme $50 or ..." next day? $300 ticket! I wonder how many such tickets a business can get like that before their license is in danger. That can make the value of "cooperation" with your local "protective services organization" go way up beyond the $300 ticket.

That was what I thought too. Maybe I've watched too many mob movies, but I've got a feeling that the restaurant owner will live to regret going public with this when his place gets firebombed.
