Regarding the pill, I have the best luck by leaving it in a place where I have to be at some point every day. That's why my pills and vitamins are sitting on the counter in the kitchen right next to the fridge. I take them every day as I get dinner together.

Doesn't it say on the myspace contest page "Minimum of two iPod Nanos will be given per month until contest ends."? They only gave away one iPod Nano this month. Breaking their own rules...
