Awesome show.
All the talk of smashley Patrice made me think of "231: Patrice is Drunk" so I went back and listened to it as well (while waiting outside the hospital). I like to think my inability to stop myself laughing out loud helped all the chronically ill people going in and out by spreading illness curing joy amongst them.
