My Dad is a plastic surgeon and a usual breast augmentation costs only $5000. That is unless your getting weird super large ones. I can't imagine why it would cost that much just to cut them off. I can ask my dad.

I do agree with you guys about how absurd it is when people get offended only when it relates closely to them. People should either be offended by the whole show or not by any of it.

I occasionally used to watch two brothers with autism, a very severe version I might add, and despite the energy it took to keep them in check they were two of the sweetest little people ever. I feel so bad for the parents though because these two kids will probably never be productive members of society. Not offended!
