I think it would make with the ha-ha's if max was brought back for one episode, sort of to show him that brother love, spooky and
crazy mike aren't as self absorbed as he. Those guys all rock as guests, why did max get all weird?

I know it's a long time ago, and I'm not saying anyone was right or wrong, but Max was pretty damn entertaining.

Just listened to this classic show again.

Max wasn't completely in the wrong in this argument (imagine how weird it would be to hear someone reading off all of your so-called faults from a list).

Buuuut I never found him to be funny so I don't miss him.

Started listening around 1000 and have gone back to the beginning to get the back story. Always wondered why Max wasn't still on and now I know. Awesome. I hope more people come and go just like this. Awkwardness and all!

I want to say that I started listening from show 1 this April.

I'm very happy that Max was put in his place on this show. I picked up on his "we" and "us" spattered throughout the shows. Whether it was him saying that "we" are gaining popularity, our Alexa numbers are good, let's take a call, dominating those calls as if he was in charge, and several other instances of the like, he just seemed too comfortable for me. Also, he had a speech cadence similar to Dane Cook, which is painful to listen to.

Keith, I'm in full support. Yeah, this happened nearly 900 shows ago, but fuck it. No, don't butt fuck it. Just fuck it.
