I found it hilarious. Great work. In the beginning I was worried the whole episode was going to be devoted to serious talk about it (which we hear on the news nonstop now), but once it got into the plays I had to fight to keep from laughing out loud (at work). Awesome episode, thanks!

Anyone remember a couple years back some muslim was burning an American flag when he caught on fire and got burned pretty bad? I laughed my ass off in Best Buy and this sales clerk got real offended. She was a fucking retard and I told her so.

When people get hurt or die its ALWAYS funny to someone. I don't know these people at VT, in a strange way if I try to put myself in thier parents place I can feel for them. But its fake, I know it, and so does everyone else. I Don't know them and I could give a fuck about em. I hate it when everyone pretends to care about people they never even fucking heard of.

I'm an empathetic pussy. I cry at movies, songs, stories of loss, lonely people, anything sad...I just feel other people's emotions really deeply...but it's a trade off, I am also unbelievably happy at the silliest sights, the dumbest joke, the cutest gesture, people in love. I haven't read the other 10 or so pages, but I'm chiming in (first post after a year of lurking) to say this episode was brilliant, potentially the best KATG I've heard since my first episode (the Dan Klass one). The first half was a fairly serious discussion of the shootings, and the second half was hilarious, w/r/t both the play readings and the Andy Rooney stuff. So there was a tonal shift between both halves and it worked perfectly. Reading and laughing at the plays was a way of mocking Cho Seung-Hui, not his victims. I don't have a problem with that.

That was too fuckin funny! I rewound it twice to listen again. I think they sounded better without the music though. That's my all time favorite minute and a half!
