I was in the Limelight the night it got closed down for drug trafficking. I weirdly enough was there with my dad and his old buddy from med-school. I just bought a long-sleeved t-shirt with the crosses going down the arms when the NYPD burst into the club yelling and screaming. You should have seen all the club rats with tears streaming down their faces. What a time.

Just realized where I know Andy and his buddy Keith from, they live in my building in Astoria. Didn't know they were comedians ... small world ...

", just to see if they're paying attention...

I wonder what would happen if a clerk noticed? Would they accept the slip, or cancel the transaction and rewipe your card? Any clue?

We had a Limelight here in London - in a converted church, too! It was the single most terrible place I have ever been to. Apart from Leicester.
