I have not, but I'll look into it. We went to an open mic last night after the show, and I had to get Chemda to stop halfway there so I could piss. It's getting ridiculous.

I know caffeine worsens things, but there's something else going on. I never get a full night's sleep because I always wake up having to piss, no matter how little liquid I have in the hours before bedtime. It's weird because I really don't think I have a small bladder -- every time I piss there's plenty there. And when coffee or alcohol are involved my bladder can completely refill in literally ten minutes. I'm a freak of urinary engineering.

McNally,
I find that if you keep a gatorade bottle close to your bed, and piss into that, it makes your wake-ups much shorter, and thus helps your night seem less interrupted. You'd be surprised how much the sleep-walk to the bathroom can tax you in terms of how you feel the next morn. It's a little dodgy, but it works. Just make sure you cut off the top of the bottle and make the hole bigger so you can fit your willy into it. Half the time I get wood in the middle of the night, and my aim reduces to zero. On another note, that 36-year-old is the greasiest scumbag brit! I used to laugh out loud whenever I would see "that guy" in Britain. Unfortunately, he's a walking cliche: divorced with kids, scrawny with no distinct style and probably sells insurance or works in some other non-descript cubicle profession. I can't believe a 16-year-old girl is attracted to him.

I understand what the parents did. My Mother kind of had the same approach with me drinking. “I rather you do it under my watch so I can protect you” Is what she used to say. As a result I’m one of the more responsible drinkers out of my friends. I understand that this situation is slightly different. You have to understand though the parent's need not to lose there child yet. Teenagers will generally do what they want anyway and even the best parent cannot watch there child all the time. It’s important that they feel they can trust you (the parent) to handle important issues such as this one so it can go on in a safe environment. If you think about it this way their daughter can’t be taken advantage of besides the sex (which she was already having anyway). If she were to run away with him anything could happen (like he decides he wants to start his own child porn site or sell her on the streets or beat her etc.)
Although I don’t think a 36 year old should be with a 16 year. I present to you this fact some kids mature faster and some adults mature slow (hmm perfect couple lol). Seriously though it bothers me how you guys are so quick to assume that a 16 year old cannot have anything relevant to say in a conversation. At 16 I would be apart of long conversation about politics, people and culture with adults and be able to keep up, even bringing interesting new points to the table. When my older sister was in a bad relationship and the family got together to talk to her, I was the one asked to speak. My point is yes, some 16 year old kids do happen to know a bit. Oh and btw the chick does look like she can pass for 18. And when you’re in a bar you assume everyone is of age. Some adults do look young and vise versa Last edited by GirlNextDoor; 03-04-2008 at 12:52 PM. |

It isn't an issue om maturity, it is an issue of mentality. The difference being, you can be the most mature 16-18 year old ever invented, but you are still 16-18. Your idea of society is basically limited to a somewhat controlled high school environment. It's a sorta "practice run" before you go into the actual world, get a job, meet different people in environments which are less and less controlled. Have kids, get divorced etc etc. When you have lived and experienced at least a sampling of these things then your mentality develops and you no longer view the world the same as you did when you were 16.
This girl isn't mature, she just knows she owns her parents and is taking advantage olf it. If she does have friends I'm sure it is something she is using to go "hey look at me, look what I can do". I mean she told a paper things that her mother wouldn't want to know. A mature person would have tooken the time to think, "Maybe I should be careful in case my parents read the article". Not thinking before you make decisions is not equivalent to being mature.

KATG fans. Please don't think Vancouverites are as lazy, stupid, unmotivated, boring and dumb as McNally. I renounce him. I bet he's not even originally from Van. Slackers/hipsters are played out here already, so they must be played out x10 in NYC where Vancouverites copy half their shit from anyway. McNally please say something intelligent. ha! catpee |
