I think if my (future) kids tried to rob a police station, not only would I give up on them but myself too. You know you've reached rock bottom when you spent a chunk of your life dedicated (or not at all dedicated, might be better) to raising a moron.

Arthur C. Clarke actually was very upset how 2001 Space Odyssey movie turned out. During the premier screening Clarke left the theater during the intermission disgusted.
