I'll say this - I'm a spiritual person (whatever you want that to mean), but I follow no organized bullshit religions, especially Catholicism.
Pope Hat - phallic Pope Staff - phallic Kneeling with a hand on your head - c'mon! I never thought about it, but you are right! The Pope should be dressed in the lowliest garbs made and be humble and holy, if he wants to play the part. Instead, he looks like a white Snoop Dog with a fuckin dunce cap on his head. Go sit in the corner, you blasphemous idol. The first 2 of your commandments are: 1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. (don't worship the pope!) 2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. (don't idolize the pope!) Therefore, people should not be going to priests, bishops....popes, to be blessed - they should confess their sins only to God, if they feel the need to do so. No one should be in between that relationship. There are so many contradictions in religions that it's ridiculous... Hidden |

I thoroughly enjoyed the rant on religion. I always have to hold back when it gets to that frustrating point that starts those rants or else I'd piss a lot of people off.
