758: Head of the Class

When my daughter was born her head was turned and the doctor couldn't get her turned back around. My wife had an appeasiotomy already (the thing that "makes it bigger") and the doctor was trying to avoid my wife the pain of a c-section. He said he was going to use forceps to try to turn my daughter's head. The nurses were aghast! Of course if this didn't work, it was going to have to be a c-section.

He used the forceps, turned her head and she came right out, no problems. My daughter was perfectly healthy, no health issues to report. She did have two small red marks where the forceps were against her head. Those healed in around 3 days after she was born.

It turned what was otherwise a pretty peaceful birth into a bit of a scare.

I haven't finished listening to this episode yet, but I'm surprised nobody has suggested a Dmitri and Olga KaTGTV episode for it. I think Chemda playing the role of Olga calling back Dmitri would be a riot.
