listening to this 2 years later I think Chemda gave an accidental clue that her and Keith had already broken up. I really should have noted what time it was on the episode so I could have gone back and quoted what she said but I think she used past tense when talking about their realationship with Lori.

Were you pretending to still be a couple at this time but were actually broken up?
At 38:18 Chemda says a sentence which talks like the relationship is over.
Listening again it could easily just be because I already know what happens that I’m seeing things that aren't there.
