I participated in some of this train wreck and the main impression I got was that Lily is 19 and 19 y/o girls who know they are good looking act fucked up towards guys because no one checks them on their shit. I also think very much that she knew that eventually if the drama with intern escalated enough she would eventually be on the show, this is reinforced by the fact that she made him get back in front of a mic to "talk it out" and just turned it into another segment about her. Intern is someone who I thought was just sensitive and had poor communications skills but in this situation he just got rolled over by a young woman who doesn't know how to act right, period.

Holy shit, after listening to the aftershow just now, I've never felt more sympathy towards the intern. I just keep hearing myself at 18 in him and Lily sounds a little too much like an ex. I can't imagine dealing with those elements in front of the internet.

Storming out of the room was a bit rude, but I imagine I'd do the same thing if I had to deal with that frustrating situation.
