Karen, I can’t shower for a long time. The voice of my father got stuck in my head. He broke me here. It screams: WASTE, WASTE, WASTE.
It really hurts me to use more water than necessary.
Even when Mr Apia showers too long it hurts me in my soul.

I can do my make up , I think, but I hardly do it anymore. Now is a phase where I enjoy my make up free face with only mascara.
