Chemda this ex roommate had the anger inside of him otherwise he wouldn't have destroyed your apparent. Maybe not so much that he was angry all the time. Don't excuse him he didn't just snap.

I say it as a person who has the ability to get very angry but doesn't act out. Worst case is I get loud. It isn't often.
Otherwise I learned to use the energy for productive purposes. Its an energy boost.
It can be done. Therapy helps. The person must want it. Its the person's responsibility.

Karen and I stack plates when we go out. We also over tip. So we cover both bases. We are well regarded among the staff. I think it’s post waiter PTSD.

So this episode made me listen to the Jackasses episode which took me on a journey through the early episodes. And wow hilarious but also some parts are cringey. The amount of n, r, and f words that were thrown around so casually- nice to see how we’ve matured. I was listening to an episode where Patrice was talking about her laptop not working and the HP rep told her to do feedback online and she said “my laptop isn’t working so I can’t!” Reminded me that oh yeah we didn’t have the internet easily at our fingertips. This was in 2005, when I was a junior in undergrad…I was still rocking my Walkman. I still have the 1 gig flash drive that I spent $100 on…it’s been fun.
