I always thought it was sexy- it was fun to look at and watch in porn, and then I tried it once with my boyfriend and I DID NOT like it at all. It hurt, and I had to stop in the middle. But still, the idea turned me on- so I tried it again (in a different position that he suggested), and it took me a a few minute to get used to get used to it, but then I absolutely LOVED it. I kinda agree with lambboy, I had a GF that was really into it for some reason, she could orgasm from it and everything, it was cool at first cause I'd never been down that road, but after a bit it gets more cumbersome and less attractive. Maybe if you're not shoved into it and run it to death it would be good.
