It's not a big deal, but for the record I don't have epilepsy. I have a well controlled seizure condition caused by a series (yes a series) of rather serious head injuries doing stupid shit as a teenager. It's splitting hairs, but thought i'd say for the record.

As for calling in, I drop them a line when they're running through something I feel I can speak to, they take my call sometimes, and just as often don't. I think it's fun, but I also don't want to wear out my welcome.

(a lot of the time hearing them guess what the answer might be is way funnier than just knowing the answer)

Because if you're dumb enough to drill for oil at 5000 feet and don't have any contingency plan thats actually been tried or proven to work at anything even close to that distance then I don't got much for ya.

They knew they couldn't cap that well if it blew and they knew that they were taking shortcuts, but they also knew that damages for oil spill lawsuits are capped at 75 million and it's worth it to do dumb shit and hope it works out since the downside is so small.
