Batman Vs. Wolverine

This discussion almost got started in another thread (weird pics v3) and I kinda want to see it played out.

Basic scenario: modern Batman fighting modern Wolverine in an urban setting(obviously not Gotham, that gives Batman to much of an advantage). Neither has had time to prepare for the fight, i.e. they're are not particularly looking for each other. Each is just out on patrol, I guess looking for someone else and they get confused and start fighting.
Who wins?

Feel free to change up the scenario for discussion, like what if they're fighting in a jungle, on a spaceship, they are hunting each other and have prepared for it, they get sent thru time and have dinosaurs trying to eat them, whatever.

Disclaimer: I don't read comic books, just watched their cartoons and movies
