Oooo a tie so far!
Since Wolverine has super hearing and Batman is pretty silent, this would be interesting. I'd say Batman would also have something to mask his scent once he realized Wolverine could track him. I'm sure he's dealt with being sniffed out by an enemy, or at the very least, police dogs.

Also Wolverine is a hot head, Batman is patient and strategic. I think he'd be able to provoke Wolverine into making a mistake.

Also I forgot who said Wolverine and Batman were matched in strength, but Wolverine is probably a lot stronger. Mutant powers aside, he has to constantly move around a very heavy metal skeleton.

OBVIOUSLY Batman would win. Being way smart and strategic, whilst wolverine bases his fights on instinct. Wolverine may be able to heal fast and have adamantium all through his body BUT Batman would eventually figure out he is made of metal and develop something similar to magneto and bend the crap out of him. Sure he may not kill him BUT he would still kick wolverines sorry ass with this invention.
