Those believing this is some sort of conspiracy theory to take away guns are only fooling themselve. I would imagine a good number of these people are the same folks buying military gear and doing tuck and rolls in their backyard.

I honestly believe in a citizen's rights to possess firearms. However, I also believe in a balance of gun laws and citizen rights. A major issue is the various state, local and federal govt. to properly and consistently enforce current gun laws.

example: Outside of private owner to private owner sales; all gun purchases require a criminal background check. This includes sales at gun shows. However, depending on the state; if a person has a concealed carry permit you will not have to pass a criminal background check. This is only because the required background checks individuals go through to obtain carry permits. If we want to close a loophole; close this loophole as background checks do not take an extreme amount time.
