The Beergardens fucking rocks! I had no idea that it was popular with other people besides my lush friends. The bartenders always give drunk girls free drinks.. why do you think we're so easy?

Man! Looks like a place that you go to with your buds, feel like a kid again, and find out that you've forgotten all your "skills."

I used to rock Defender, Bizerker, Sinistar, Joust, Tempest, Dig Dug. Loved Elevator Action (never caught on big).

I am going to be in NYC for the first time in September, so thanks for pointing out these place, will go for sure, especially barcade.
I am looking for accomodation for 12 days, which is the best, a hotel or an apartment? I was seeing that the minimum price for hotels in a central location is of $250 a night. Any hints or places you can point out??
Thanks

When we go up to the city we use the sites like priceline to find a cheap place, if you do something like that also check out betterbidding.com (I think? Just search for better bidding if not) it shows you exactly what you're bidding on and where it's at. It's helpful, that way you can also contact the hotels and see if they'll match or give you a better deal. It's a bit of work, but hey, I'm cheap.

just dont stay in harlem. since youve given yourself enough time you should be able to find a room for $99/night but it might not be in midtown, which is no big deal. just double check that you get your own bathroom with those deals.

if you like really trendy places you might want to visit the pool on the roof of hotel gansevoort http://www.hotelgansevoort.com and eat at the disgustingly yuppish public http://www.public-nyc.com. say you know will for special treatment.
