Someone needs to tell Dawn that she needs to take her clown makeup off.

I just find it funny that she thinks she's being covert with her little jabs. Also, since they're increasing in frequency I think we're pretty close to Dawn calling out KATG (possibly before the Expo). If this occurs, it could get very interesting. Just be sure that KATG win a Podcast Award or two. I'd hate to see D&D take one this year.

If I could draw, I would draw a picture of Keith and Chemda conquering the NYC skyline, but instead of the skyline, it would be a lumpy chick that looks like Dawn laying down and wearing clown makeup being conquered by KATG. On her fat jelly belly would be a little Drew with tape on his mouth.
But I can't draw. |

Personally, I can't take listening to it to find it, but if someone can email us the times (clipped out of the show in .mp3 form) DND references us I'd appreciate it. I like to have these things ready when shows or people try to be friends later. I have the one about the spicket/clown on stage, but not the other 2 (were there only 3?). Thanks.
But yes, you had your chance to fight a year ago. Now you're just being silly gooses. You'll see me at the expo and you'll nod your fat head at me, I'll throw you a Shooter McGavin, and we'll all go to our rooms and record another show. (Or eat and emasculate our husbands.) |

The difference to me between KATG and DND is the energy. Hypothetically, if DND did not sound like they were consistently taking valium and talking quietly too far away from the mic I could listen to them talk for 15 minutes about how dawn wants a hot air balloon but thinks planes are stupid. (Yes I actually downloaded a show just to see how shit they really were) But that's hypothetically. The audio quality seems worse on DND because their pauses seem awkward and their talking is quiet, slow, and low-energy.
It's like listening to college DJs. College DJs are the most awkward sounding people. My buddy and I teamed up with my friend who's still in college just to do a radio show and we cannot believe how shit the other DJs are. DND are the same thing! Keith and Chemda only have dead air when Chemda is laughing her ass off and almost nothing is coming out. Their energy is so high that the show never drops in intensity. Big gold balls to you, Keith and Chemda. Last edited by Cubby; 07-24-2006 at 12:17 PM. |
