You poor awkward bastard. Don't worry, you'll eventually stop caring what other people think and learn to be yourself. Pay more attention to the old man, he's actually a pretty cool guy once you get past the workaholic tendencies. Learn to ignore Mom's opinions of you. In a couple years, you'll realize that she's a bit of a religious nutjob. I know you are stressing about college but don't worry, once you get there, you will meet people that become closer to you than your own family. By the way, expect the family to split in 2. Some crazy bullshit goes down and you definately don't want to get stuck in the middle of it.

Finally a few rules to live by:
1. People's opinions of you don't really matter all that much. If they can't take a joke, fuck them.
2. Talk to more women. Best case scenario, you have some fun. Worst case scenario, she says no and you can hit on her friends. No guts, no pussy.
3. You are going to die one day. The only way to live to 100 is to avoid all of the things that make life worth living. Have a smoke, take a drink, get in a fight. Trust me, you'll have much more fun that way.
4. Stop eating all that shit. You are young now but guess what, that metabolism slows down. Let's make my life a bit easier. More salad, less burgers.
5. Don't regret anything. So you've fucked up before. Guess what? You'll fuck up again. It's much better for you if stop thinking about what you did wrong and get on with your life.

You're smarter than 99% of the school, so you'd have no problem getting into a good college. But you need to work at it. If you don't, you'll only end up a lower-middle class guy who's barely scraping to get by. Figure out a path and stick to it. I know you can do anything, but saying that never helps, it only confuses.

Don't marry the first girl you fuck. That's a huge mistake. And don't let your wife walk all over you, get a backbone. If you don't, you'll be fighting to break free at 33, and it's fucking insane. Make sure the one you spend the rest of your life with will treat you as good as you treat everybody else.

You're the kind of guy girls will really go for. All you need is some confidence. Just remember high schoolers are assholes and cunts, it's just how it is. Don't take their shit so seriously. In the end, those that were the worst to you will be serving you burgers and fries.

Live life your own way. There's nothing wrong with being a geek. You may get made fun of, but if you act like it's a badge, you'll be fine. If you get bothered, then they win. One day, you'll meet a great girl who geeks out as much as you. And nerd girls are HOT! (and a bit freaky!)
