I'll second Top Gear. If anything the first episode of the current season 15 was awesome and well worth watching. (James May drives up to the active volcano in Iceland and collects a freshly spewed chunk of lava.)

I like Peep Show and Greenwing which are other UK shows.

Bored to Death on HBO started slow, but is really good and hasn't gotten much recognition.

Psych restarted tonight. I enjoy it.

Another Starz pick to go with Party Down would be Spartacus Blood and Sand.
