are there any other KATG fans that are also anglers. my passion in life is to spend around 150 days on the water. i mainly target bass, pike and trout on open waters. thru the ice it's lakers and perch (best tasting fish).

I enjoyed my share of fishing as a kid. Some of it in the lakes and streams of the Carolinas and some in the Gulf Stream off Hatteras. My youngest daughter just got interested and got her first rod&reel for her 9th birthday. I'm looking forward to taking her fishing here in New Hampshire this year.

if you don't know good places to fish, ask the guys at your local baitshop. talk to other anglers, they'll tell good spots and if your lucky they might even tell you their honey hole.

here's a pic of a 6pd large mouth bass my buddy caught saturday(4/10/10), only fish caught that day. it was only 45 degrees out, we were the only ones on the lake.

This is pretty cool. I suck at fishing and hardly have the patience for it...but I still enjoy fishing every now and then with my dad. Once you're out in the water, with a nice cold drink, it's pretty great and relaxing...and if/when you actually catch something it's like...FUCK YEAH BITCHES!!!

Until you realize it was a little 3 inch piece of useless fishcrap.

Lately I've been wanting to go fishing on my own...but I don't have a fishing license...and I never get around to getting one.
