What bank are you with Patrice? I just had an issue with fraudulent debit card charges on my account, went to bank, disputed the charges and they’re going to refund my money and send me a new card out.

HSBC. I filled out all the Reg e paperwork as well as a police report, but whomever took it was kind enough to keep it local and used the card in places I frequent so it isn't a case of they used it in california so it's entirely out of realm of possibility that it wasn't me.

The in branch person gave me a time table of at least a month till they sort out looking in to it...even then the only thing I know for certain I am being refunded for is a charge for gas on Staten Island (A. Staten Island B. I don't even have a license). In the meantime the clock is beyond ticking on getting the deposit in on an awesomely priced apartment that I don't triple check the locks on and feel uneasy coming back to late at night. Unfortunately I can't sell my ovaries on the black market in two weeks and the lord didn't make ,e thin because he'd knew I'd just strip so I'm scrambling to sort it all out...

Thanks to everyone that's helped so far I've been a donkey on the edge the past week or so...

To keep it simple (the landlord takes paypal it seems, oh brooklyn) if you are in the spirit of giving my pp email is whipyohair@gmail.com...

Hey everyone, please help out my boo if you can. HSBC is being a motherfucker with her and refusing to pay back some of the charges as the thieves also enjoyed reasonably priced produce from Trader Joe's. The bank has yet to refund any of her money (if they will at all) and she's gotta move in just a few days.

We've all heard how her rants with Kinko's, AT&T, ConEd and the Beauty Salon can go and normally she would have argued back her rightfully due money but HSBC has brought out the Patrice Kryptonite. They've given her her own dedicated customer service rep in the form of an older, black lady - the only person on Earth Patrice can't cuss at.

Don't let my boo be homeless. I'd quickly bring her to live with me but hearing her reaction to yesterday's earthquake, it's probably best I don't force her to live in California.

So please, find it in your heart to help out Patrice 'cause if she ends up homeless and burns down HSBC headquarters I'm going to have to start another fund to help me bail her outta jail. Let's not let it come to that.
