I can certainly say that many women don't know how to give good blow jobs. Some seem to think that simply giving one translates somehow into giving a good one. In fairness, I imagine that many women would say the same thing about how some guys give head as well.

One thing I find difficult about giving "good" blowjobs is that different guys enjoy different things, and it takes some experience with a person to know what that thing is. For example, one guy I was with preferred a lot of tongue action around the head, but the guy I'm with now doesn't get as much out of that as he does out of just a lot of up and down action along the whole length.
