I saw leg warmers this winter. I know some fellow rollergirls wore them to practice cause the rink was super cold for the Saturday morning practices.

Did they really dress like that???? I thought "Urkel" at all of them.

I was just growing up, and my parents were always "Jeans and a Tee" type of people. Now THAT'S a style that will never die.

Not strictly fashion, but does it count that my girlfriend called me a sad old bastard when I brought a "relive the hits of the 80's" CD collection for $5 while we were out shopping a couple of weeks ago. She would never admit it, but I secretly suspect that she likes the Soft Cell cover of Tainted Love as much as I do.

I hope the eighties never comes back. That was a sad time in our history. Be original and don't recycle trends.

Functional use of legwarmers is fine. It's the heels/unitard/legwarmer combo I'm bracing myself for. I see it all getting very Flashdance. Chicks dressed for dance class but not a tap shoe amongst the lot of them.

I'm all for originality, but I thought the '80s were pretty fun.

I can see that. My legs aren't long enough and my calves too muscular to really carry them anyways. Flash! What a feelin'! hehe.

My music taste is really stuck in the 80's, but I sure as shit would not pick up a unitard and leg warmers.

Didn't wear leg warmers back in the 80's, not going to wear them now.

There were some in the Victoria's Secret catalog, along with a Flashdance type outfit. And a crapton of leggings. NOooooooooo!
