Help with German!

Hi guys I hope you can help me with something.

I feel that I'm losing my German language, it's a weird combination. I'm born in Sweden but my mums german.

We have always spoken German, but now I have my one place and I feel that I'm lossing it, I don't speak it as much as I did before and I don't here it.

I need tips of podcast, home pages with videos and maybe a peen pall?

My english is kinda good, and I hear it on tv, I speak it at work (we have a American, English man, Japanese, Albanian, Norwegian and me as a half German. Let's say the bike shop were I work Is weary multi-culti..
