Help me get laid: Move to New York

random old dude flaked. Kyle moved out over New Year's. Rent is $500 a month when 3 people are in.

Hey guys, just wanted to add some more details about the apartment.

• Three bedroom apartment with two rooms available, both around 300 sq ft, maybe a little more
• One bathroom, kitchen, and a good sized living room
• Closets in both rooms
• Apartment is located south of the 7 train and north of the E and F trains in Queens
• Rent is $500 a month, plus utilities (usually around $30-40 with three people)
• Reasonable commute into Manhattan for KATG events like bingo/karaoke and comedy shows
• Sparrow will probably run around the apartment in her underwear when she visits

That's a pretty sweet deal for NYC, even without Sparrow running around the place.
