Because I cannot find 362! I'm not complaining, but was just wondering if i missed an announcement about Keith and Chemda going away for a few days to family or something.

They said they were taking monday off 3 times last show. It always amazing how people whine about the show not being and they obviously didn't even listen to the previous one

Yeah, I heard the announcement all three times, remembered it, thought to myself, "There will be no KATG on Columbus Day," and yet still I sat bewildered in front of my iTunes podcast list clicking refresh and wondering why there was no show.

Why?

Because Columbus Day's a stupid fuckin' holiday and I did not connect it with Monday in any way. Thanks Christopher for fucking me up! Congratulations on being third to discover the Americas!

oh, btw: i read somewhere that columbus day is a holiday but you still gotta go to work n the main parades are held only in nyc. is that correct?

That is correct. I lectured my students on how Columbus is a pointless bronze medalist and that is why we don't get his day off (aside from the fact that by doing so we would be asserting that Western European people are the only important ones).

But I was still pissed I had to work Monday.
