Around 6-7 months ago my 11 year marriage ended and I also turned to this community for support. I'm not a prolific poster on these forums, but even so plenty of people stepped up with some great advice.

Take it all in, but make your own way.

I don't really know you, but am still sorry to hear that. Ending a marriage is tough. It was hard when my first marriage ended, but it worked out great because I now have a wife that is ten times more right for me and a beautiful daughter. Good luck.

I for one am happy for you. I find it better that you two are parting when you both know that it isn't working well rather than staying in a malfunctioning relationship that would only get worse. Best of luck to you in this transition.

Im so sorry to hear that sweetie..It is hard at first and it may take some time..but maybe it was for the best..first thing first...YOU!!! concentrate on you, get right with yourself...thats what im doing...for me.. after 18 years with someone its hard. however i have my kids and my family and friends..and most of all i have KATG friends with out them im not sure what might have happened..You are so sweet and sooo beautiful..inside and out, and a lot of people love you.. you will be just fine little lady

PS. and yes im still getting my Sparrow tattoo soon..my funds are just a little tight right now...but soon
