You'll be fine - better than fine - you'll be fabulous. But not right away. As mutual and adult as your decision is - you are still going to have to grieve the death of a relationship you thought would be forever.

So, vodka - chocolate - and a lot of trips to the gym would be my suggestion for stress reduction.

In the long run though, you are a wonderful soul and now you have the time to figure out what you really want. Enjoy the trip.
