Hey all. I've been away from the show for a long while. Since about 2015. Any thoughts on how to best get caught up with the goings on of the show and lives of our heros?

Shit Keith went back to school to be a nurse practitioner. Figured you'd need someone to take care of your knee(s)! None of the other folks here were looking out for ya so I figured I'd step up. 😂

External podcasts might be the best place to catch up because Keith & Chemda have to explain themselves to people who haven't been regular listeners.

Best overview probably would be on Tell The Bartender. Keith and Chemda go into more detail about the year's highlights - new relationships! Keith's dad is even weirder than you thought! - on Beige Phillip & Hot Mess Comedy Hour.

As for the show itself, there was a run of shows in California last year around the time of Bert Kreischer's episode which I think shouldn't be missed. And they're hosting a whole other podcast with guests you'll recognize at Starburns Audio.

Oh snap bro, I had to quit listening for a while in 2015 due to brain overload from going back to school too. I couldn't stay away long though, eventually I realized the mental overload meant I actually needed them more than ever to keep me sane in the membrane.

I second the SpareBen route, going with guest appearances on other shows is a top notch idea from that lad.

Thanks John. Appreciate it. Really did miss the show and the community. Keith and chemda really got me through some tough times in my life. I'm glad to be back. Probably should go back to VIP so they can get paid
