Like I said I haven't done my research, so I'll have to check these out. 'itchy asshole' didn't seem to be strong enough evidence for me. I don't want to become the Dane Cook scapegoat and have that be my forum claim to infamy or something, so it's possible I will do my homework.

I'm moslty sensitive on the joke theft thing, since my personal all time favourite comedian (Bill Hicks) got his material stolen and people refused to believe it for years even with proof under their nose, only because they liked the thief.

Who gives a shit, Bill Burr gives Dane Cook props whenever he mentions his name. I love Burr, I don't get it but whatevs.

I despise Dane Cook but I still think his very first Comedy Central Presents special (the black tanktop one) is funny.

99% of comedy is rehashed jokes just told in a different way. Did Cook steal jokes, yes. Is that right, no. At the end of the day, does it really impact that much on the world of comedy that we need to keep mentioning Dane Cook.. no. No one mentions Mencia anywhere near as much as they do Dane Cook.. especially on these forums. I think it has more to do with the fact that he dissed your beloved Keith and Chemda.

That said, Dane Cook is a jerk off and if you don't want to hear Rogan kissing his ass.. skip the episode.

I think it is pretty clear that Cook stole some jokes. I was surprised tog hear him on Rogan's podcast, since Rogan was pretty vocal about Mencia's thievery. I thought Cook came off likable during Rogan's podcast.

Dude of course I know who he is, and yeah, hes a fucking joke thief so ditto on the WTF Joe Rogan, but you got to remember, some times its just the nature of the beast. Then again, is Dane Cook still popular, I thought he had pretty much become his own joke by now and lost any respect, guess not.
