The Sims 3 arrived on time yesterday and I went home and played around with it a little bit. The UI is familiar yes way more diverse and detailed, and yet somehow more user friendly as well. So much to do. The game also bogs the crap out of my computer, so the first sets of screenies/movies may be at a degraded resolution until my new CPU comes in later this month.

In other news: Start sending my information so I can put you into the game! I need 2/3 headshots, a body shot, a picture or image of the typical clothes you wear (no graphic tees), your favorite color, and a list of 5 "traits" that will define your personality. You can choose to be realistic, a caricature, or downright evil (Team Haters?). If there is anything specific you would like to see in-game post here or PM me as well. Can't wait to see this in action!

Just Pre-ordered The Sims 3, should be here early June and we can start things off right away. And I can always add characters later. So far this is who i have:

When Sims 2 came out and I was on a different forum, I would have members send me their face-shots and a description of clothing they would typically wear. I would also have them set up their own personality. On Sims 3 it will be basically a list of "attributes" you will choose from. With this information I would create a town with these forum members, they could choose roommates to live with and every week would have a multiple choice questions to answer about their Sim and that would then be put in the simulation.

What would I do with this? Well what I did was take images/videos of what was going on and post them on the thread with high-larious captions. It was pretty popular. So if anyone is interested, please reply to this thread, just so I can get an idea of general interest. And Keith and Chemda, if you would like to participate is some way or be involved in this (whether that be just character dreation or actually answering the choose-your-own-adventure type questions, to maybe something bigger?) Please let me know.

If I get enough interest I'll pre-order Sims 3 and it comes out on June 2, 2009, so This can all start fairly soon.
