KATG VIP App doesn't work

Hello people,

I tried posting in the App forum but it won't let me, and customer service just tells me to uninstall, reinstall, make sure I know what phone I am using - has anyone actually been able to stream and download VIP shows on the app? (For non Iphone users)

Sorry you’re having trouble. Please take a screen shot of what it says when you try to listen to KATG on the app.

Also we don’t have a separate VIP app. Make sure you’re using the latest KATG app.
