KATG Workout Club!
Hey folks!
A few forums members and I have been yapping on Twitter about starting a workout group, and so here it is! Wanna be a part of it? Feel free! Just say hi and let us know you're here. No matter what the workout, we're all here to support each other and, more importantly keep ourselves accountable. We start tomorrow (10/1) and I know I'll be posting updates on this thread as much as I can. To keep everyone on the same level, let us know: the type of workout Weight/progress goal diet (if any) your twitter handle so we can all follow each other's progress outside the forums Feel free to post before/during photos and whatever else you feel like. Let's get sexy, muthafuckas! @guitarrobkatg

@katestgermaine here!
I'm thinking of doing a juice fast along with an early morning workout routine. Ultimately I would like to get rid of about 50 pounds so lets see what happens. Grab somebody and get sexy! |

Scoots I'll raise you a shake weight and an all dunkin donuts iced coffee diet.
I've lost about 30 pounds since May and am looking to lose another 50 by my birthday in April. Let's go mofos https://twitter.com/CloudsmeetSnow |

Nice to see you all.
My weight currently is abouts 210. I'm looking to not necessarily lose a whole so much as I'm wanting to tone up and even out. I'll work out and pair that with better eating/diet I can't wait to see my progress. I'll post before pictures tomorrow. |

Well, I'm in too...sigh..the constant ever present battle of the bulge.
I am on a loose version of Weight Watchers at the moment. I am in a maintenance mode right now after having lost 35. I'd like to lose another 35. I run 4 days a week 2 KM and walk 4 days a week 3.5 KM. I am pretty consistent with my work outs but I do likes my grub. @campy2012 |

Day One
Monday workout done!
Weighed in this morning at 203.2 pounds. Took some before photos but my internet is fucked off so they'll have to wait until tomorrow. Started my day with coffee and fat free yogurt. Today was chest and back day. Started with basic stretching, jumping jacks, running in place. I am so out of shape I can't do actual pushups, but i did as many as I could. Will up my reps by 2 each time. I went ahead and did pushup variations "grandpa style". Diamond, military, wide, downward, etc. Did about 10 reps each of chest flys, "lawnmowers", and "heavy pants" with 10 pound weights (upping my weight and reps by 5 as i go). I can't do pullups either, but I did a variation on those with a resistance band both normal and reverse grip. How did yours go? In the words of everyone's buddy Elvisrico, LET'S DO THIS! 1234! |
