woo hoo! Works great, best app I have, but I have a feature suggestion:
I know how gay the Apple API for playing mp3s is, but I wondered if it's possible to make a past show play in the backround. I think it may be possible since, for instance, when I'm listening to a LibriVox recording (mp3) I opened from Safari, i can hit the home button and it lets me do other stuff. The ipod controls work, too. I'm not sure if it's possible to impliment that in the app, but that would be sweet.

P.S. about 1 out of every 10 times i open the app it freezes and closes as soon as I hit any button... the other 9/10 it's amazing though! great work!

P.P.S. This would officially be the most epic app in the world if it had the all episodes pictures, forums, chat, and whatever else is possible on there. Not that it's not epic right now, but that would be even more epic than nerds think WoW is.

this is especially true because looking at show pics with iPhone-Safari is a pain in the ass.

Well lucky me I just realized I don't have the DSYM from that build so the crash logs are about 90% gibberish. I'll see if I can glean anything from them but I think some of these errors are going to have to get fixed in a x.x.1 release

For the people getting the bug where the app opens and immediately closes:
What country/timezone/region format are you using/in.

I'm working on a fix now, but I think that using a non US, maybe non UK, region format things get all hosed up and just switching your region format to US doesn't seem to fix it. I had to do a restore and set up as new phone to get things moving along. If you want to wait for 1.1 then I'll get this fixed if you want to try it now, try restoring your phone and setting up as a new phone, then select region format US and then install the app.

Hmm, dents my theory some, maybe they're separate bugs.

I've got a tester for the region formatting bug, but I need some testers to help tack down this open then immediately crash thing (I suspect it's push related.)

Is anyone who's unable to launch the app available this weekend to do some testing?
