Must say one of my best friends is a Cop, and she's one of the most decent people I know. It's a huge shame what happened to Jean Charles, but they're only human, and you have to take into account the context of the event. London had just been devistatingly bombed, everyone was on edge.
It's a shitty situation, but I find it hard to believe that they did it out of spite or just for a laugh... "Tell you what guys, I fancy shooting a Brazillian in the face today, you with me?"
