Keith always says how people, especially rappers, boast about their crimes and no one does anything. I think if you say you did something, you should be charged as though you did (with a few exceptions of course... murder for example).

Vaughan's city motto is "The City Above Toronto". They don't have the brightest bulbs in the box. He probably fessed up right away. Wasn't facebook either, was likely some BMW message board. |

Social networking sites are very advantageous in so many ways but in some other ways, these also have disadvantages that are really dangerous for any individual. Maybe that's why many are in contrast with the site. In fact, there is the so-called "Facebook Felony" regulation that was discussed in Congress before September 14th that was, in many ways, concerning. George Washington University law professor Orin Kerr outlined the possible consequences in a Wall Street Journal op-ed. Facebook Felony bill amended; lying online not felonious. Changes to the bill in Congress have obliterated that possibility, but legislators fortifying laws against computer fraud is still in front of Congress.
