I do it very seldom these days. I do like it very much though. It agrees well with me. I am the polar opposite to the sit and do nothing while I eat a whole bag a chips kind of person. I'm more like hey I think this wife-beater will make a really good cape then mountain bike for three hours.

Do it too much and it certainly will cramp your brilliance and hurt your lungs. A little I think is almost entirely beneficial. Great for blood flow.

I usually get tested one a month, but I know people that get tested 3-4 times a week. (and need to pay 5$ each time)

I smoked for the first time a couple weeks ago. I don't know how much it was in the scheme of things but I did like 8 hits from a pipe and that really fucked me up. I got all paranoid and shit. I ended up going home and my mom caught me and could tell I was fucked up. Grounded for a week. Parts however were pretty enjoyable and I'll probably try it again fairly soon. Maybe not as much next time.
