I wish I knew more about computers and how to track people on the Internet. That said, I've heard Jeremy is the wizard of all things like this, so maybe he can come up with confirmation that the person with the shipping address and such is really the person who scammed your PayPal account before we (KATG fans) declare war on him. I'm not saying bad things will happen, but...
