Hey guys. I wanted to say thank you for all your well wishes and support. These past two days have been really hard on me and reading the comments have helped a lot. Thankfully, my husband talked to his commander and had his training postponed. He's on a flight home right now. Also, my mother (who was coming to visit later in the week) is trying to change her flight and arrive earlier. I will be nice to have people around to grieve with. I'm certainly not better yet, in fact I would describe my feelings as "numb" right now but all the nurses and doctors I've talked to have made me hopeful for the future. This certainly isn't what I wanted for my first pregnancy, but I know it won't be my last. Thanks again guys. Hearts to all of you.

This is terrible news and I'm so sorry for you and your husband's loss.
What I am glad to hear is that you're going to get the support you need from your family, and from the last 2 pages of this thread the KATG community as well. My thoughts and prayers and love is with you. I'm on the GMT time zone, so if it's 4am where you are and you need to talk, I'll most definitely be up and there for you. PMing you my skype name. xxx |

I'm doing a lot better. Having my husband back and my mom around was very helpful and *TMI WARNING* once the bleeding stopped, it was a million times easier. I still get a little emotional when I think about it, but at least I've stopped crying when I see pregnant women. I'm getting better every day. You know, looking to the future and all.
I consider the thread as a whole helpful. Your comment was a significant part of that whole and I truly appreciate the sentiment. With that being said, Punk'n was first so she wins. |
