DWarrior Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: NYC Posts: 4,043	Nutella money for fellow gullible Americans If you were dumb enough to be tricked by Nutella ads into buying it as a healthy snack, you can join the class action lawsuit and claim damages for up to 5 jars purchased between January 1 2008 and February 3 2012 in the US (August 1 2009-January 23 2012 in California). You can get up to $4 per jar as part of the settlement. More info is available at https://nutellaclassactionsettlement.com/ which also includes the online claim submission form. I'm glad our justice system works so diligently to protect the American consumer, and I'll be eagerly awaiting my $20. U! S! A! __________________
