Photoshop help

If somebody could PS out the text at the top and bottom of this image, that would be super

edit: guess I'm not looking for "help" so much as I'm looking for "somebody to do this for me"

All right, that first one had a bit of blurr around the tip of the white cap and I didn't like the blue discoloration of the background, so I fixed that...

here ya go.
