Pics of KL

Kl being Kuala Lumpur of course. Anyway, I got to go up to the Petronas towers a couple months ago, figure i'll share some of the pics I took with you guys;

Nice, though is it normally as smoggy or is it just a bad day?

Probably, though I think when I took this there was still some smog coming in from forest fires and the like. Apprently I'm supposed to go up there after it's rained or in the morning for a better view of the city.

They're still good, especially as I'm fond of city photos. It's a lot more modern than I would have thought.

Being in California that is the first thng that popped in my head...

Love tall buildings (in designated zones).

Wastn't Petronas supposed to be a mix use building with housing, hotels, and business combined?

It would be neat to take an elevator to work.

Well, the towers themselves are purely commercial, but the area developed around it has two hotel, a convention centre, a huge mall, and quite a few resedential developments opposite and behind it.

Here's a pic I took from my balcony just now, it's of the skyline behind the Petronas towers.
