Well..., no - I can't agree because the murdered girl's name is Hae Min Lee, hence Sarah referring to her as Hae throughout the series.

I marathoned the series with a couple of friends driving to and from Cleveland. It made the car ride a lot more enjoyable. Not a huge fan of Sarah Koenig's narration, just in terms of the way she speaks, but she weaved together a good story.
The SNL parody was hilarious, here it is: |

I like the way Sarah Koening narrates. She's human and accessible.
I also like her sense of humor. When she and her assistant go on the day's events drive; her assistant announces, "There's a shrimp sale at the Crab Crib!" She responds with, "Sometimes I feel as if she's not even paying attention to me..." LOL On ep 5 now. The word "gripping" comes to mind. Also, this show is great commentary on the American judicial system, as well as what witnesses remember: which seems to be nada. |

new dirt - Jay posted he was willing to do one interview on his FB and then deleted it. there is a synopsis on the serial sr but yet not confirmed with a screenshot.
Jay is full of shit IMHO. I shall leave it at that for now because i enjoyed listening without knowing everything and then only looked up stuff after the fact (like going thru thru subreddits after each ep so i wouldn't be spoiled so to speak) here's Hae's interview from the morning of her murder....in her field hockey uniform. Freaks me the hell out Hae Min Lee And i totally agree, it was SK's storytelling that did it for me. I can separate her narrative and opinions from the legalities of the case itself, but lump everything together and it was so very enthralling, entertaining, and too damned short |
