Shits all fucked up

I formatted and did a clean install of Vista (32 bit) last week, installed all the newest drivers and now I get image rendering issues like this:

It happens in both Firefox and Chrome... Wat do?

Well there's your problem...

Anyway, make sure your graphics card drivers are all up to date with Vista32. Since it happens on both browsers, I doubt they're at fault.

I've got the latest drivers. I'm about to setup a dual boot with Ubuntu and just use Windows for gaming.

Oh shit, Linux. Dunno man. Vista is just stupid. Sometimes you have to just chalk it up to that.

It may sound dumb, but back when I had vista sometimes problems would go away after a reboot. But I'm sure you tried that.

now i'm quite certain it's malware. i was running anti virus, but i just tried installing two different anti-malware progs that both worked before the format and they won't install. i must've picked something up. should have installed them right away. now i'm on an old ubuntu live cd downloading the newest version to burn and install.
id try win7, if i could afford it
